took much longer to get samples back than expected, but service was great! very nice, very kink, very professional.

shipment was good and I can tell they were packed with care!

overall I am very happy with the product, especially with how detailed and intricate the design is, (which I know I a ton of work) some of the finer details feel a bit fragile to handle but that is to be expected. There is just one part of the plushie that gives me concern, and that is the leaf details on the head. only a small dot of them is glued to the head rather than single stitched or even glued completely, so they are barely hanging on. 😔 everything else is perfect! great quality, great stitch work, stuffed firmly, and very soft!
