Of course we’re not going to make it the same size as the “great-sword” in the game – that would be way too expensive and heavy – instead we’ll make more of the size of a regular/short sword, with a length of about 57cm and a weight of 210g. In this size you can hold the Rathalos dragon’s tail like holding a real sword and wield it with ease (we’re not making exercise equipment after all!)

And it’ll be quite floppy and soft, to an extent that if it’s a little bit longer you’re very likely to end up hitting your own face when aiming at others, which is why it’s a good non-violent toy for all ages.

I’ve been searching for manufacturers all around the world to make sure there’s a good balance between price and quality. I don’t want to make it a luxury or something easy to break. I want it to be something you can carry around like a samurai katana with a price accessible to most people. The estimated unit price is about $25 (shipping fee included) and it could vary later on. 

How does the campaign work? :

2: This toy will launch a crowdfunding campaign. In the next 30 days, you can make a deposit to reserve this limited edition toy. If the website accumulates a certain number of reservations at the end of the 30-day period, we will start production.

3: After another 30 days, we will complete the manufacturing process and safely ship the beautiful toy to you.

4: On the other hand, if the crowdfunding goal cannot be achieved, the funds will be fully refunded to your account
